  • Even though we are experienced parents, we were struggling to get our youngest child to sleep through the night and in her own bed at age 4.  Julia took our information and created a sleep plan that was easy for us to implement.  There were no tears, no frustrating moments while we worked over two weeks to resolve the sleep issues.   • I was fortunate enough to work with Julia on my 4-month-old Owen's sleep. He had been waking every hour to 2 hours at night for about a month, and I could not get a handle on it or get any sleep myself. Julia was so kind in listening to our family's needs and routines and really listening to all the details of what was going on with Owen.   • With our first son we struggled with sleep for months on end. His naps were always scattered, short, very rarely being the same. Most nights we were up at least 2 to 3 times with him.
